Product registration requirement

You must have Artifactory Integration enabled on your product registration key to take advantage of this feature. Once enabled, add the following in your values.yaml file: 
enableIntegration: true

External network requirements

To ensure the Artifactory Integration plugin functions correctly, certain endpoints must be accessible. Customers with restrictive firewalls may need to configure their firewalls to allow traffic to these endpoints:

  • <region>.scass.blackduck.com

  • storage.googleapis.com

Other requirements

  • SCA Scan Service must be enabled in your environment.

  • JFrog Artifactory Pro version 7.43.x or later

    • Black Duck Artifactory Integration plugin installed in the target JFrog Artifactory Pro Server.

  • Java version 11 for Artifactory 7.43.x.

  • Black Duck SCA instance. Refer to Black Duck Release Compatibility for the supported versions of Black Duck SCA.

  • Black Duck SCA API token for the plugin to access a Black Duck SCA instance.

  • The plugin requires the Global Code Scanner, Project Creator, Global Project Viewer, and Lite Global Project Manager user roles in Black Duck SCA.

    • The Super User role can be used, but is not required for the plugin.

    • The Global Code Scanner and Project Creator roles only allow you to view projects that you scanned using your Black Duck SCA user account.

    • The Global Project Viewer role is required to view all projects.

    • The Lite Global Project Manager role is required to view Lightweight BOMs.
