Organization Administrators can add an existing service account to any
project.
- Select Projects on the left-hand menu.
- Choose a project.
- Click Settings.
- On the left-hand menu, select Service Accounts.
- Click Add Existing Service Account.
- Choose a service account from the pulldown menu.

Use the radio buttons to assign a role. The following roles and capabilities
are available.
- Project Administrator
- Modify access to the project for other users. (In addition to the same capabilities that Contributors have.)
- Project Contributor
- Submit code for analysis in the project, create runs, and modify triage.
- Project Observer
- An observer can view issues, triage, and reports but cannot change anything.
- Click Save.
