Coverity on Polaris CLI Error Codes

Coverity on Polaris CLI returns error codes that indicate whether something went wrong with Coverity on Polaris or Coverity.

Code	Description
0	Success.
1	An application error occurred. This could include the following: An error or exception occurred in Coverity. The Coverity on Polaris CLI scan client is not one of the supported versions. You can download the latest from the Coverity on Polaris web UI.
2	Operational error. A runtime error occurred or the CLI exited with an unhandled exception.
