Explanation of Audit Action Types

Here are the action types that can appear in Coverity on Polaris audit logs.

Added child group	An organization administrator adds a child group to an existing group with org admin entitlements.
Removed child group	An organization administrator removes a child group from a group with org admin entitlements.
Modified group name	An organization administrator modifies a group with org admin entitlements.
Assigned group admin role	An organization administrator assigns a group to the admin role for the organization.
Removed group admin role	An organization administrator deletes a group role assignment.
Modified group admin role expiry date	An organization administrator modifies an org admin role assignment belonging to a group.
Added user to admin group	An organization administrator adds a user to a group that has org admin entitlements (either itself, or inherited).
Removed user from admin group	An organization administrator removes a user from a group that has org admin privileges.
Changed Default Tool Version	An organization administrator changed the default version of Coverity chosen for the organization.
Regenerated SAML Certificate	An organization administrator regenerates the SAML certificate.
Added SAML Configuration	An organization administrator configures a SAML Identify Provider.
Deleted SAML Configuration	An organization administrator deletes the SAML configuration.
Modified SAML Configuration	An organization administrator modifies the SAML configuration.
User logged in	The User has received a JWT.
Modified admin user	An organization administrator has modified a user that is an org admin (through any of the means).
Assigned admin role	An organization administrator assigns another user to the admin role for the organization.
Removed admin role	An organization administrator deletes an existing admin role assignment.
Modified admin role expiry date	An organization administrator modifies an existing admin role assignment.
Added owner	The provisioning user (system user) creates the org owner.
Removed owner	An organization administrator removes a user as an org owner of the organization.
Created Service Account	An organization administrator creates a service account user.
Modified Service Account	An organization administrator updates an attribute for a service account user.
Assigned project admin role	A user project admin role assignment is created.
Modified project admin role	A user project admin role assignment is modified.
Removed project admin role	A user project admin role assignment is deleted.
Assigned user role	A user project contributor / observer role assignment is created.
Modified user role	A user project contributor / observer role assignment is modified.
Removed user role	A user project contributor / observer role assignment is deleted.
Assigned group project admin role	A group project admin role assignment is created.
